chewy, lowfat cookies Ingredients:
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 banana |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/8 cup skim milk |
1 1/2 cups oatmeal |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
2 egg whites |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Drop by spoonfulls onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. |
