Perfect breakfast on the go or snack. For those of us on weight watchers, it's only 3 points for one big slice! Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup nonfat milk |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix oatmael and powder. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour into sprayed 9 pie pan or sprayed muffin tins. 4. bake 45 min at 350F. |
