Need Fiber? This is my tasty breakie that is fast and easy, and full of fiber. Ingredients:
1/3 cup oatmeal |
1/4 cup seedless raisin (unsweetened) |
1/3 cup water |
3 tablespoons maple syrup |
Directions:
1. combine raisins with water and stir in the oatmeal. 2. Microwave until slightly bubbly . 3. Remove and stir in Maple syrup. 4. Enjoy. |
