My favorite, very filling, work-day breakfast
Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Microwave milk with cranberries to desired temperature (I like 45 sec in the summer and 1:15 minutes in the winter)
2. Add oatmeal
