1 cup water |
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder |
2 tablespoons molasses |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 3/4 cups bread flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in this order to bread machine. 2. Bake on whole-wheat setting. |
