Oats with flaxseed Ingredients:
1/3 cup oats |
2/3 cup water |
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients except flaxseed, simmer until liquid is absorbed. Add flaxseeds at end of cooking. 2. Add blueberries or other fruit if desired |
