                    Great snack. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup oatmeal  |  
                                                1 cup whole wheat flour  |  
                                                1/4 cup lowfat yogurt  |  
                                                1/4 cup applesauce  |  
                                                1/4 cup peanut butter  |  
                                                3 tablespoons molasses  |  
                                                1 teaspoon vanilla extract  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking powder  |  
                                                1 teaspoon cinnamon  |  
                                                1/2 cup sunflower seeds  |  
                                                1/2 cup almonds  |  
                                                1/2 cup raisins  |  
                                                1/2 cup applesauce  |  
                                                1/4 cup ground flax seed  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix dry ingred in one bowl, and wet in another. Mix together. Spray 9 by 9 pan with Pam, and bake mixture for 20-30 minutes. 2. Notes: 3. 1/4 cup penut butter plus 1/4 cup of applesauce replaces 1/2 cup oil, butter or margarine. 4. use any nuts, and dried fruit.                              |
