This vegetarian dish is wonderful accompanied with cooked green vegetables. Ingredients:
2 cups oats |
milk |
1 onion, minced |
1/2 cup cheese, grated |
1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped |
1 -2 garlic clove, mashed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1 bay leaf |
paprika, to taste |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Cover oats with milk and soak. 2. Add other ingredients and set aside for 30 minute. 3. Remove bay leaf. 4. Add 2 eggs. 5. Pour by the spoonful onto a hot, oiled pan and fry on both sides. |
