These cookies are delicious and trans fatty free. Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil |
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 cups rolled oats |
1 1/2 cups oat bran |
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
raisins (optional) or nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Beat together oil through vanilla. 2. Add oats through baking soda and beat well. 3. Add raisins or nuts, if desired. 4. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie 5. sheets. 6. Bake 12 minutes at 350. 7. Cool on wire rack. |
