1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup butter |
3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed |
2 large eggs |
1 cup raisins |
1/2 cups walnuts |
Directions:
1. The Best Light Recipe p. 307, replace wheat bran with 3/4 cup oat bran and 1/2 cup flax meal, add 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts. |
