Healthy, easy to make muffins. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups oat bran |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 cup raw sugar |
1 cup sultana |
2 eggs |
1 cup skim milk |
2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200. 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and stir until just combined. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. |
