2 cups oatmeal, old-fashioned |
2 cups cereal, oat bran |
2 tsp. cinnamon |
2 tsp. baking powder |
2 tsp. baking soda |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup applesauce |
1 cup egg beaters |
1 cup soy milk, silk light |
1 tsp. almond extract |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients, then add liquids and blend. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in oil-sprayed 13 x 9 baking dish. 3. Makes 24 bars = 12 servings |
