A vegan recipe originally from Leah Leneman's Easy Vegan Cooking . Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup cashews |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Put the oats and cashews in a blender and grind. 2. Add the salt, oil and water and blend thoroughly. 3. Pour the batter in a waffle iron and leave for a few minutes until cooked. |
