This is a yummy and healthy drink that the kids really enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
8 ounces yogurt, plain or 8 ounces vanilla |
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate |
2 cups ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place the milk, yogurt and orange juice concentrate in a blender; process until well blended. 2. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes through feed cap; process until smooth. Serve immediately. |
