4 ice cubes |
2/3 cup low-fat milk (1%) |
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate (frozen concentrate) |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 small banana |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth, and serve. |
