Nuwave Oven Shepherd's Pie |

Easy to make for two people. The leftovers are wonderful with a great after taste. Ingredients:
1 lb mild italian sausage (3 links casings ermoved) |
1 (2 lb) package of prepaired mashed potatoes |
1 medium green pepper, chopped |
1 medium sweet onion, chopped |
2 cups fresh corn, sliced off the cob |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
3 medium garlic cloves, finley chopped |
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |

Directions:
1. In a medium skillet saute crumbled sausage untill lightly browned. 2. Add salt, green pepper, garlic and onion to sausage mixture and continue sauteing untill soft. 3. Warm potato mixture to facilitate spreading. 4. Place sausage and pepper mixture into the pie shell. 5. Spread fresh corn over mixture. 6. Spread mashed potatoes to cover pie. Cover pie with mozzarella cheese. 7. Place pie on 1 inch rack and bake on power level 8 for thirty minutes. |
