Noodles with Peanuts, Garlic, Ginger, etc. Ingredients:
16 ounce spaghetti |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 cups peanut butter, chunky |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. In a large pot of light salted boiling water, cook the vermicelli according to the package directions. Drain and place in serving bowl. 2. In a large microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, combine the remaining ingredients to make the sauce, stirring well to mix. 3. Cook the sauce for 1 minute on half power in the microwave. 4. Pour warm sauce over the vermicelli and toss to coat. |
