The original recipe called for either pinenuts, pecan, or walnuts. I like the pinenuts personally, and the bacon is a yummy addition. Ingredients:
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1 egg |
3/4 cup water |
4 tablespoons pine nuts |
1 slice bacon, chopped and browned |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, and divide into 16 balls. 2. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. |
