This is good with the rhubarb-a moist muffin. Ingredients:
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/3 cup oil |
1 beaten egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups diced rhubarb |
1/2 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Mix together. 2. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. |
