this is delicious. it came from a 1999 quick cooking cookbook. great combination. Ingredients:
1 (29 ounce) can sliced undrained peaches |
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup flaked coconut |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. arrange peaches in an ungreased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish. 2. sprinkle dry cake over the top. 3. drizzle with melted butter. 4. sprinkle with coconut and pecans. 5. i mixed the two together and then sprinkled over cake. 6. bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown. 7. let stand for 15 minutes before serving. 8. serve warm or cold. |
