Our go-to cranberry recipe for Thanksgiving. Passed to me by my mother-in-law. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cups orange juice |
1 cup walnut pieces |
Directions:
1. Combine orange juice and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Add cranberries to pan and bring back to a boil. 3. Cook until cranberries are popped and thickened (about 15 minutes). 4. Add walnuts and cook for another 5 minutes. |
