These are good. Ingredients:
25 caramels |
1 tablespoon butter, no substitutes |
1 tablespoon milk |
1 cup sliced almonds |
1/2 cup dry roasted salted peanut |
1/2 cup pecan halves |
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 teaspoons shortening |
Directions:
1. I a 1 quart microwave-safe dish, combine the caramels, butter and milk. 2. microwave, uncovered. on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. 3. stir in peanuts and pecans. 4. drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. 5. in a micriwave -safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening. 6. stir until blended. 7. drizzle over clusters. 8. chill until firm. 9. store in refrigerator. |
