I made this one weekend as an expariment, now I love it. You can alter the nuts to your liking. Ingredients:
1/4 cabbage, roughly chopped |
1/4 cup walnuts and cashews |
lemon juice |
mixed herbs |
Directions:
1. Get the cabbage and stir fry it until it starts to cook on the outside, but it is still cunchy in the middle. 2. Remove and place in a bowl 3. Crush nuts and add to cabbage 4. Season with herbs to liking 5. Pour on lemon juice, just enough to have a slight lemon taste 6. Mix and serve while warm |
