This goes great with chicken stir fry Ingredients:
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
2 cups chicken broth |
1 cup basmati rice |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown almonds over medium heat 2-3 min until lightly brown. 2. Add broth, rice, salt and pepper. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes. |
