Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 cup uncooked basmati rice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
4 teaspoons dry-roasted salted cashew pieces |
Directions:
1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in 1 cup uncooked basmati rice and 1/4 teaspoon salt; cover, reduce heat, and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat; stir in 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley and 4 teaspoons dry-roasted salted cashew pieces. Keep warm. |
