This is a breakfast my son and I enjoy. It is quick and easy to make. I make this in the microwave but you can make it on the stove if you prefer. Microwaves do vary so adjust cooking time accordingly. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk |
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 large banana, sliced and smashed |
1 tablespoon peanut butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. 2. Microwave on high for three minutes. 3. Stir and serve. |
