This sounds like a lovely fruit dip, originally from Kraft. Ingredients:
250 g philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup honey |
1 cup natural yoghurt |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
30 g crushed mixed nuts |
30 g walnuts, chopped |
30 g almonds, ground |
30 g dried apricots, chopped |
1 pineapple, halved & flesh diced |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. 2. Add remaining ingredients, except pineapple, mix well. 3. Spoon into pineapple half and decorate with extra nuts & apricots. 4. Serve with extra fruits. |
