A lighter tasty cookie. Ingredients:
2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup egg white (3-4) |
2 cups pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup dried apricot, chopped |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder and egg whites. 2. Add nuts and apricots; mix well. 3. Drop by spoonsful onto well-greased baking sheets. 4. Bake at 325°F for 15-18 minutes. 5. Drizzle tops, if desired, with a mixture of confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and water. |
