Had this at a Bunco party last summer...from my friend Netty...all I can say is WOW!! Easy and fantastic dessert! Cook time is re-freeze time. Ingredients:
8 nutter butter cookies |
2 butterfinger candy bars |
1/2 gal. butter pecan ice cream |
hot fudge topping |
whipped cream, nuts, cherries optional |
Directions:
1. Crush approximately 8 cookies and 2 candy bars and mix. 2. Spread in bottom of spring-form pan. 3. Spread 3/4 to 1 gallon ofsoftened ice cream over crumbs and refreeze. 4. Slice and serve with hot fudge sauce 5. Whipped cream, nuts, cherries optional |
