This is a nutritious dish,without eggs so all vegeterians will love it, easy and simple to make. Ingredients:
(1)1 cup wheat flour |
(2)1 teaspoon baking powder |
(3)2 tablespoon pure ghee(clarified butter) |
(4)4 tablespoon sugar |
(5)1 cup milk, required to make a smooth batter |
(6)1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder |
(7)salt to taste. |
Directions:
1. #Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. #Then to this add milk and with a hand blender mix well to form a smooth paste. 3. #With the help of a ladle pour the batter on a hot non-stick pan to form pancakes. 4. #Wait for few minutes on medium heat then turn over as it starts browning. 5. # Let the other side also become brown. 6. #Serve hot with jam or honey. 7. # NOTE: To this batter we can add grated apples and cinnamon powder, smashed banana, pulp of peaches or strawberry pulp. |
