Great healthy meatloaf option! Ingredients:
1 tbsp onions, dehydrated flakes |
8 oz ground turkey, 93% lean |
8 oz raw 90% lean ground sirloin |
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4 long, 3 dia) peppers, sweet, red |
2 cup, chopped cabbage |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and any additional spices you prefer. Form into a loaf and place on a rack in the slow cooker. 2. Cover. Cook on High for 3-4 hours. |
