A delicious and healthy way to get bodies the nutrition they need every day. Enjoy it. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach |
1 large green apple, cored |
1 large banana, peeled, cut into chunks and placed in a zip plastic bag and frozen |
1 cup milk (can use 1 or 2% fat milk, or use orange juice instead of milk) |
Directions:
1. Wash spinach and apple well. Pour into a blender and blend with the apple. 2. Add frozen banana chunks and milk. Cover, blend and serve immediately. 3.
