1/2 cup oatmeal, steel cut |
1/2 cup quinoa |
1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter) |
1/3 cup date syrup |
1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut |
1/2 cup ground flax seeds |
1/2 cup cacao, nibs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup walnuts |
1/4 cup almonds, slivered |
Directions:
1. Stir together in bowl, toss in refrigerator for about a hour, take out and roll into balls. You coulld swap out the cacao nibs for dry fruit, nuts, carrots. |
