Sick of throwing out half eaten bowls of cereal from toddler DD, I knew there had to be a better way, now I make them into a smoothie. Recipe from Kelloggs.
Ingredients:
3 cups nutri-grain cereal
2 tablespoons all-bran cereal or 1 tablespoon protein powder
600 ml milk
1/2 cup apricot nectar or 1/2 cup juice, of your choice
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
