1 pound fresh mushrooms |
3/4 cup white wine |
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Clean and slice mushrooms. 2. Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook over medium heat until the wine comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until mushrooms are tender. Remove from heat and serve while hot. |
