I grew up in Germany with Nutella. The most wonderful hazelnut spread, I could just eat with a spoon. It's now available almost all over the US. :-) This cookie recipe with just 4 ingredients, is simply awesome. Ingredients:
1 cup nutella, hazelnut spread |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 whole egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or a Silpat. 3. Combine egg and sugar in mixing bowl and blend. 4. Add flour and blend. It will be very crumbly. 5. Add Nutella and blend some more. It will still be crimbly and not a smooth dough.(I use the all chocokate Nutella and noit the two layer kind). 6. Form into 1-inch balls with hands, and place on cookie sheet. Press down with bottom of a glass. (not too thin.). 7. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool. |
