This recipe is from Mrs. Edmund Mueller, from the cookbook Heritage of Cooking A Collection of Recipes from East Perry County, Missouri. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons flour (or corn starch) |
1/2 cup butter |
1 egg |
1/2-1 cup black walnut |
Directions:
