I like to make these simple candies to add to my Christmas cookie trays. Ingredients:
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon |
1 cup unsalted cashews |
1 cup oyster crackers |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. 2. Stir in cinnamon. 3. Fold in cashews and crackers. 4. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. 5. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. |
