1 teaspoon cumin seed |
1 teaspoon coriander seed |
1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Toast the seeds until they color slightly, 3-5 minutes. 2. Grind all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until coursely ground (NOT peanut butter). |
