A quick, low-carb, Primal breakfast! Great for Ketogenic diet too! Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter |
1 tablespoon almond butter |
1/3 cup almond flour |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons coconut milk |
1 teaspoon stevia (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, microwave the butter and almond butter for about 30 sec. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix it thoroughly. Then zap again for about 1,5-2 mins until fluffy. Cut into slices. To add a bit of sweetness, i sprinkled the Sukrin on top of the slices. |
