Rather than buying meal, you can make it yourself! Use absolutely ANY nuts or seeds that you like: the recipe below is a simple beginning to such a broad range of possibilities! Ingredients:
1/3 cup flax seed, raw |
1/3 cup almonds, raw |
1/3 cup sunflower seeds, raw |
Directions:
1. Grind up the flax, almonds, and sunflower seeds one at a time on high speed in any blender or food processor you have for about 2 minutes each or until it becomes powdery. Do not do more than 1/3 of a cup at a time or you'll have chunks. 2. Mix the powders together in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 1 week. |
