So simple, so easy. From the cookbook Chief Bubba and Friends. Ingredients:
1 egg, beater |
1 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 cup sugar |
36 hershey chocolate kisses |
Directions:
1. Combine egg, peanut butter and sugar; mix well.
2. Form into small balls, place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven.
5. Place a Hershey's chocolate kiss in center of each cookie.
6. Dough will crinkle.
7. Bake for additional 1 minute.
8. Cool on rack.
