Ingredients:
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon chili paste (or substitute 1 diced chile pepper-to taste for spiciness)
1/4 cup fish sauce
2/3 cup hot water
2 tablespoons lime juice, with pulp (very important to include the pulp)
1/4 cup sugar (usually use brown for added flavor)
Directions:
1. add all ingredients together and stir.
2. can be stored for a month in fridge.
