2 crushed garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon chili paste (or substitute 1 diced chile pepper-to taste for spiciness) |
1/4 cup fish sauce |
2/3 cup hot water |
2 tablespoons lime juice, with pulp (very important to include the pulp) |
1/4 cup sugar (usually use brown for added flavor) |
Directions:
