Vietnamese fish sauce for dipping spring rolls or for any Vietnamese dish that call for it
Ingredients:
1 cup water
4 tablespoons white vinegar
4 tablespoons white sugar
5 tablespoons fish sauce
1 -2 minced garlic clove
chili flakes or serrano chili, to desired heat level
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except garlic and chilies into a small pot.
2. Heat on medium high heat till sugar is dissolved.
3. Let cool down
4. Add garlic and chilies
5. Enjoy.
