Vietnamese fish sauce for dipping spring rolls or for any Vietnamese dish that call for it Ingredients:
1 cup water |
4 tablespoons white vinegar |
4 tablespoons white sugar |
5 tablespoons fish sauce |
1 -2 minced garlic clove |
chili flakes or serrano chili, to desired heat level |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except garlic and chilies into a small pot. 2. Heat on medium high heat till sugar is dissolved. 3. Let cool down 4. Add garlic and chilies 5. Enjoy. |
