I found this on Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, frozen
4 tablespoons butter
1 ounce italian dressing (powder, 1 package)
8 ounces cream cheese
10 ounces cream chicken soup
cracker (optional)
vegetables (optional)
Directions:
1. Throw frozen chicken in slow cooker, add butter, and Italian dressing cook on low 5-6 hours.
2. Then add cream cheese and soup and cook for another 1/2 hour - I shred it and just eat a little of that with a couple crackers and veggie - NUMMO.
