I never thought a recipe would be needed for something so simple, but, why not? It's fantastic as a side or as a topper for steak or chicken. Ingredients:
16oz fresh mushrooms, sliced or whole |
4t butter |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
squirt of lemon juice |
fresh ground black pepper, to taste, but don't skimp |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan, place butter, mushrooms and garlic. 2. Saute for about 10 minutes, until mushrooms just tender. 3. Add black pepper and lemon juice then toss before serving. |
