This is a recipe from Mr. Food who says that all you do is mix, pour and bake - nothing to it! And it's good, too! You may choose to use all white-meat or all dark meat pieces of chicken here. Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy parmesan salad dressing |
1/3 cup chicken broth |
2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (2 1/2-3 lb) chicken, cut into 8 pieces |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. Add chicken pieces and coat well. 3. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish and pour remaining mixture over top. Bake 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. |
