This is from another recipe of mine, but I thought I'd post it separately as I love it with apples. I don't like apples! I'll eat apples with this, LOL! Would be good with carrots too, I think. Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Stores well in the fridge, but may thin after awhile. 2. Use dip with fruit or vegetables. |
