Quick side dish with ingredients you probably have in your kitchen, makes a tasty side dish! Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 garlic cloves |
1 cup long grain rice |
Directions:
1. Combine water, oil, salt and garlic in saucepan, and bring to a boil. 2. Add rice, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until liquid absorbed. |
