Not Your Typical Lamb Burger |

I prefer the taste of Lamb Burgers over Hamburgers any day. Ingredients:
8 slices flat bread, folded |
8 ounces tzatziki |
1 head baby spinach, raw |
8 ounces feta cheese |
2 lbs ground lamb |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon coriander |
4 scallions (green onions) |
2 tomatoes, sliced |
1 onion, sliced |
Directions:
1. Pat ground lamb, scallions and seasoning into patties. 2. Fry over medium heat. 3. Spread Tsatsiki sauce bottom of half of the flatbread. 4. Sprinkle lightly with Feta cheese. 5. Place Patty on bottom bun. 6. Layer onion, tomato, Feta, Spinach and Tsatsiki sauce. 7. Place on the top and enjoy. |
